Under the instruction of Ayush Ministry, Govt.of India, 11th International day of “Yoga Sangam” was celebrated at KVG Ayurveda Medical College on 21.06.2025. This program was organised by Dept.of Swasthavritta and Yoga and NSS unit of KVG Ayurveda Medical College in association with Department of Ayush, Dakshina Kannada. The program was inaugurated by Dr.K V Chidananda, president, Academy of liberal education. Dr.Leeladhar.D V, Principal, Dr.Harshita M, Student welfare officer, Dr.Pramoda P A, NSS officer, the staff, NSS volunteers and students of KVG Ayurveda Medical College actively participated in the program.
Prizes were distributed by Dr.K V Chidananda, president AOLE and Dr.Leeladhar D V, Principal, to the winners of various competitions conducted by Department of Swasthavritta, in connection with International Yoga day. Miss. Aishwarya Subhash and Miss.Brinda of 2nd professional BAMS were felicitated for winning 3rd place in national level Yoga quiz competition organised by SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi, during occasion.
