World Organ donation day was celebrated at KVG Ayurveda Medical College on 13.8.2025. This program was organized by Department of Rachana Shareera in association with IQAC.
Dr. Harhavardhan K., Professor and HOD, Department of Shalya Tantra, presided the program. Dr. Sanath Kumar D.G., Professor and HOD, Department of Panchakarma and Medical officer, KVGAMCH & Dr. Vinaya Shankara Bharadwaj, Professor and HOD, Department of Rachana Shareera were there on the stage.
Mr. Dhyan Vijay welcomed the gathering and Miss. Shravya R. delivered vote of thanks. Miss. Neelima and team done the prayer. Miss. Advika and Miss. Megha mastered the program.
After the inaugural function the students of 1st prof BAMS played 2 awareness skits related to importance of organ donation. Anatomy model exhibition “Shareera Vinyasa” was also arranged. The anatomy models and charts prepared by the students were displayed during the occasion.
