As part of the 10th Ayurveda Day initiatives, KVG Ayurveda Medical College organized a Student Wellness Program from 19th September 2025. The event was designed to promote health and holistic well-being among school students.
The program included:
- Yoga sessions for physical fitness and stress management
- Meditation practice to enhance concentration and mental clarity
- Diet demonstrations highlighting the importance of wholesome food (Pathyahara)
- Storytelling sessions on the values of Ayurveda and healthy living
- Interactive workshops to engage students in practical learning
Students from Payaswini High School, Jalsoor,Sullia enthusiastically participated and benefitted from the activities. The sessions encouraged them to adopt healthy lifestyle practices rooted in Ayurveda. The wellness program successfully conveyed the message of this year’s theme, “Ayurveda for People and Planet,” and received positive feedback from teachers and participants alike.
