As part of the 10th Ayurveda Day Celebrations, a series of Public Awareness Programs were organized to educate the community on the relevance of Ayurveda in modern health challenges.
The day began with an Awareness Rally, which saw the active participation of invitees from various organizations, including the Lions Club, Rotary Club, JCI, Inner Wheel Club, along with our staff and students.
Following the rally, a special talk was delivered by Dr. Anitha on the topic “Ayurveda Ahara for Obesity.” The session focused on the Ayurvedic perspective of obesity management through diet, lifestyle, and traditional practices. The interactive talk provided practical insights and encouraged the audience to adopt holistic wellness measures in their daily lives.
The Second Professional Batch (2022–23) presented a Role Play for the invitees on the theme “Ayurveda for People and the Planet.”
The programs successfully combined student involvement, community participation, and expert guidance, making the Ayurveda Day celebration both meaningful and impactful.
