NSS SPECIAL CAMP REPORT
It was decided to hold the NSS special camp by K.V.G. Ayuveda Medical College & Hospital Sullia by the Principal, Teaching Staff & NSS community of our college. So we planned it from 26th October to 01st November 2025.
The activities daily used to start with flag hoisting, the NSS activities are like:

- Sri Ramakrishna Aided Higher Primary School, Baddadka, Sullia on 29.10.2025

- Medical Survey on . 27.10.2025, 28.10.2025, 29.10.2025 & 30.10.2025
- Free health checkup and giving free medicines on 27.10.2025, 28.10.2025, 29.10.2025 & 30.10.2025

- Visit to Ranipuram, Kasaragod, Kerala on 31.10.2025
- Cleaning the surroundings

1ST DAY OF CAMP
On 26.10.2025, Sunday at 09:45am flag was hoisted by Dr. K.V. Chidananda M.B.B.S., M.S., F.I.C.S. F.R.S.P.H (London), President, AOLE®, Sullia. at Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Aletty, Sullia. At 10.30 am, NSS Special camp was inaugurated & presided by Dr. K.V. Chidananda M.B.B.S., M.S., F.I.C.S. F.R.S.P.H (London), President, AOLE®, Sullia. Chief Guests were Sri K Jayaprakash Kunchadka, President, Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Aletty, Sullia, Smt. Veena Vasanth, President, Grama Panchayat Aletty, Sri.Sharath S, Administrator, Sri Sadashiva Temple Aletty, Sullia. Prof. Dr. Leeladhar D.V. MD (Ayu.) Principal, K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia was given key note address.
Dr. Vinaya Shankara Bharadwaj B, student welfare officer of K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, Dr. Pramoda P. A., NSS Program Officer & NSS leaders were present on the stage. Prayer was done by Ms. Vaishali P J, Mr. B S Prasanna & Mr. Rahul Rajan, Mr. Hemaprasad M P welcomed the guests, Ms. Harshitha M proposed vote of thanks, Ms. Veena & Ms. Shambhavi mastered the ceromony.
Afternoon NSS volunteers were divided into four groups and named as Uthkarsha, Vajrayu, Parartham & Samarpanam. For each groups duties were divided according to our plan. Flag dehoisting was done at 6.00pm. Between 8.45pm to 9.15 pm had Dinner.
2ND DAY OF CAMP
On 27. 10.2025, Monday was 2nd day of our NSS camp. Woke up at 5.00am, at 6.00am flag was hoisted by Sri.Sreenath Aletty, Treasurer, Shri. Vishnu Moorthi Ottekola samithi, Aletty. Everyone participated in Exercise & Yoga between 6.15am to 7.15am. After having breakfast all four groups engaged in their respective works.
The Uthkarsha group conducted “Health survey”. The Parartham group “preparing the food”. The Samarpanam group conducted “ Free Health Checkup Camp” and the Vajrayu group conducted Cleaning the surroundings, stage programme & cultural activities” .
Afternoon 3.00pm ‘Guest Speech’ was arranged. The Resource person of our guest speech was Sri. Mithali Prasanna Rai, Principal,
Neharu Memorial PU College, Sullia .the topic was “Social Media Opportunities & Risks”. The program was presided by Sri. Sathish Kumbakodu, Advocate, Sullia. At 6.00pm flag was dehosited & between 7.45pm to 8.45pm cultural programme was conducted by Vajrayu group. Between 8.45 pm to 9.15 pm had Dinner. At 09.30pm routine work was reported.
3RD DAY OF CAMP
On 28.10.2025, Tuesday was 3nd day of our NSS camp. After waking up at 5.00am, at 6.00am flag was hoisted by Sri. Ramachandra Aletty, Secretary, Seva Samithi, Shri. Sadashiva Temple, Aletty. Everyone participated in Exercise & Yoga between 6.15am to 7.15am. After having breakfast all four groups engaged in their respective works.
The Samarpanam group conducted “Health survey”. The Uthkarsha group prepared food. The Vajrayu group did “Free Health Checkup Camp” and the Parartham group conducted “Cleaning the surroundings , stage programme & cultural activity” .
Afternoon 3.00pm ‘Guest Lecture’ was arranged. The resource person was Smt. Chithral;ekha K S, NSS program officer, NMC, Sullia. The topic was “Role of Youth in Nation Building”. The program was presided by Chandrakantha Narkodu, Member Gramapanchayat, Aletty.
Flag dehoisting was done at 6.00pm. Between 7.45pm to 8.45pm cultural programme was taken by Parartham group. Between 8.45 pm to 9.15 pm had Dinner. At 09.30pm routine work was reported.
4TH DAY OF CAMP
On 29.10.2025, Wednesday was 4th day of our NSS camp. After waking up at 5.00am, at 6.00am flag was hoisted by Sri. Jayaprakash K K, President, Yuvaka Mandala, Aletty. Everyone participated in Exercise & Yoga between 6.15am to 7.15am. After having breakfast all four groups engaged in their respective works.
The Vajrayu group conducted “Health survey”. The Samarpanam group prepared food. The Parartham group did “ Free Health Checkup Camp” and the Uthkarsha group conducted Cleaning the surroundings , stage programme & cultural activity” .
Afternoon 3.00pm ‘Guest lecture’ was arranged. The resource person was Sri. Deepak Kuthamotte, Advocate, Sullia The Topic was “Importance of Law in protecting Society” . The program was presided by Sri. Darmapala Koingaje, Notary & Advocate, Sullia. Flag dehoisting was done at 6.00 pm. Between 7.45pm to 8.45pm cultural programme was taken by Uthkarsha group. Between 8.45pm to 9.15 pm had Dinner. At 09.30pm routine work was reported.
5TH DAY OF CAMP
On 30.10.2025, Thursday was 5th day of our NSS camp. After waking up at 5.00am, at 6.00am flag was hoisted by Sri. K rathnakara Gowda, Kudekallu,Ex-president Vyavasthapana Samithi, Shri. Sadashiva Temple, Aletty. Everyone participated in Exercise & Yoga between 6.15am to 7.15am, after having breakfast all four groups engaged in their respective works.
The group Parartham conducted “Health survey”. The Vajaryu group prepared food. The Uthkarsha group did “Free Health Checkup
Camp” and the Samarpanam group conducted Cleaning the surroundings , stage programme & cultural activity” .
Afternoon 3 pm ‘Guest lecture’ was arranged. The resource person was Dr. Ashok, K, MS(Ayu.), Prof & HOD, Dept.of Prasooti Tantra & Stree Roga, K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia. The Topic was “Mindset & Possitive Thinking”. The program was presided by Sri.Dinakara A, CEO, Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Aletty, Sullia. Flag dehoisting was done at 6.00pm. between 7.15pm to 8.30pm cultural programme was taken by Samarpanam group. Between 8.45pm to 9.15 pm had Dinner. At 09.30pm routine work was reported.
6TH DAY OF CAMP
On 31.10.2025, Friday was 6th day of our NSS camp. After waking up at 5.00am, at 6.00am flag was hoisted by Sri. Muthappa Poojari, Member, Gramapanchayat, Aletty. At 8.00am we started our trekking to Ranipuram, Kasaragod, Kerala under the guidance of Dr. Sanath Kumar D G. MD(Ayu.), Prof. & HOD, Dept. of Panchakarma, Dr. Avinash K.V. MD(Ayu.), Prof. & HOD, Dept. of Agada Tantra & Mr. Vinaykumar B.D. Executive, K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia. Reached back at 4.00pm. Flag dehoisting was done at 6.00pm. between 8.30 pm to 9.15 pm had Dinner. At 09.30pm routine work was reported.
7TH DAY OF CAMP
On 01.11.2025, Saturday was 7th day of our NSS camp. After waking up at 5.00am, at 6.00am flag was hoisted by Sri. Shivaprasad Aletty, President, Shri. Sadashiva Bhajana Sangha, Aletty.
At 10 am Valedictory function was arranged. The President of the function was Sri. Hemanath KV, Secretary AOLE®, Sullia. Chief Guests were Architect Akshay K C, General Secretory, AOLE®, Sullia, Sri. Theeratha Kumar Kunchadka, Ex- President, Vyavasthapana Samithi, shri. Sadashiva Temple Aletty, Sri. Krupa Shankar Thudiyadka,Ex- president, Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Aletty, Sullia, Sri. Hemanth Kamath, President, Rotary club Sullia city & Sri. Dananjaya Kunchadka, Ex- President, Gramapanchayat, Aletty. Prof. Dr. Leeladhar D.V. MD (Ayu.) Principal, K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia was guest of honour. Dr. Vinaya Shankar Bharadwaj B, student welfare officer of K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, NSS Program Officer Dr. Pramoda P. A., NSS leaders Mr. Rohan S P Gowda & Ms. Spanda M V were present on the stage.
Welcome Speech was done by Ms. Aishwarya Subhash Raikar and vote of thanks proposed by NSS program officer Dr. Pramoda P.A. MD(Ayu). Prayer was done by Dr. Devika D Shetty & team. Ms. Chandan K L & Ms. Anupriya R masterd the ceremony. Later prizes were distributed. The best NSS volunteer was given to Mr. Rohan S P Gowda & Ms. Spanda M V. The best cooking team was Vajrayu team, the Best free Medical camp team was Uthkarsha team, the Best Medical Survey team was Parartham team and The Best cultural team was Samarpanam team.
After having Lunch all four groups engaged in “Swatcha program” at Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Aletty, Sullia premises.
Then our 7days NSS camp reached to its end & flag was dehoisted.
