Field Visit for Final Professional BAMS Students as per NCISM Curriculum
As a part of the NCISM curriculum, the Final Professional BAMS students (2021–22 batch) of KVG Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital undertook an educational field visit to Ananda Ashrama, Puttur (Old Age Home), and the TB Centre and De-addiction Centre at KVG Medical College and Hospital, Sullia, on 19th and 20th June 2026 in two batches.
During the visit to Ananda Ashrama, Puttur, the students interacted with 20 elderly residents and distributed KVG Pharma healthcare kits and fruits, creating cherished memories and fostering a sense of social responsibility and compassion.
At the TB Centre and De-addiction Centre, the students gained valuable insights into the management of tuberculosis and substance dependence through both theoretical sessions and practical exposure, thereby enriching their clinical knowledge and understanding of community healthcare services.
