On account of international women hygiene week, world menstrual hygiene day was observed in KVG Ayurveda Medical College. NSS unit in collaboration with Prasoothi tantra & Stree Roga dept. arranged this event on 01.06.2024, to create awareness in the public about the menstrual hygiene. The Program was inaugurated by Dr. Harshita M, Prof. Dept. of Rasashasthra & Bhaishajya Kalpana & SWO, Dr. Kavitha, Prof. Dept. of Dravyaguna, Dr. Sanath Kumar, Prof. & HOD, Dept. of Panchakarma. Dr. Rashmi K S, Associate Professor, Dept. of Prasuthi Tantra & Stree Roga Gave an awareness talk to the staff and public on the topic “Period Friendly World” on 01/06/2024 at KVGAMC AC auditorium.
In this program NSS Program Officer Dr. Pramoda P A, teaching, non-teaching staff, PG, UG students & NSS volunteers actively participated.
